HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
Deliveries may take between 1-3 weeks from the date of receipt of payments. For selected items, delivery will be done in 7 days after the receipt of the payments. For more information, please see our Delivery & Returns tab at the bottom of the home page.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you have completed a valid purchase, Modern Woods will thereafter transmit a confirmation email to your registered email address. Once your product is shipped, Modern Woods will send you an email that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Once dispatched, you can track you order by typing the order number in Track Your Order tab on top of the homepage (My Account icon). CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order within 24hours of placing the order, as long as the product hasn’t been dispatched. For more information, please see our Delivery & Returns tab at the bottom of the home page.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE GOODS OR DAMAGED GOODS?
At the time of delivery, you should carry out a visual inspection of the furniture before signing to declare that you have received your goods in good condition. To protect your interest, any claim made by you concerning damaged and/or defective furniture found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, but not later than seven days from the date of delivery, must be notified to the customer care department of Modern Woods by e mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by on 079 29707014. Modern Woods does not accept any claims for damage caused by you at any time.
Modern Woods does not warrant covering the effects of normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, movement, abuse or neglect of the purchased furniture within your premises.

Click on the "BUY" button for each item you want to purchase. When you are ready to complete your transaction, click on "proceed to checkout".
