DELIVERY / SHIPPING

We (Modern Woods) ship free of charge via Surface transport, in all the Regions of India. Most items ship within 7 business days. We ship Monday through Friday except during holidays. Transit time for Surface and Truck Services are typically 3-6 business days. (Estimated time of 3 to 15 days) 

Out of stock goods will take maximum 30 Days to deliver (15 days for making and 15 Days deliver) 

For International clients (Out of India), we will take orders by email conformations only. Additional costs bared by buyer are, applicable TAX of both countries and Transport cost. 


RETURNS

Modern Wood is proud to offer our Quality Guarantee on each of our handcrafted solid wood ‘Make in India’ furniture. If our products have an issue, or don't meet your expectations, you'll find below in detail our return policy guidelines. If you are, for any manufacturing defect, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund subject to the condition that shipping cost of both sides need to borne by you and refund payment will be made after the deducting bank charges etc.

Please choose carefully, we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between refunds, exchange or credit where goods are faulty.

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your product.


RETURNS METHOD

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within Seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.


REFUND PROCEDURE

Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.


CLAUSE

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the present limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
